Because we sell perishable products, we cannot accept returns. If your packaging is defective or the product is damaged in some way, we will gladly replace the purchase or issue a store credit.

Please check product descriptions carefully. We can’t provide an exchange or credit if the bone is the wrong size for your dog or if you decide you don’t like the organic material attached to the bones.

Exchanges will be delivered at no cost within South Orange and Maplewood on our next available delivery day.

Depending on our delivery schedule, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
